April, the orgasm is controlled by the mind. So when I am mentally highly charged sexually, I achieve my orgasms easily. When I am not too excited, I do not orgasm, as it takes me (and women in general) a relatively long time to do so, while men orgasm quickly.

April. Your second exercise. This needs also 10 minutes. You should do it at least twice a day for the next 3 days, when you are alone at home, or at least alone in your bedroom.
Stand in front of a mirror naked (yes totally naked), and look at yourself. At your hair, your forehead, your face, your eyes, your lips, your neck, your bust, your arms, your abdomen, your waist, your pubic area, your thighs, your legs. Look at these in order and by turn. Try to be near to a bed or have a chair to sit on if you lose balance.
I gather from what you said, is that you are a nice guy, maybe a weak guy, who does not satisfy his girlfriend. So you fantasise about her being had by a strong guy. This means that you get excited when you think of her with that other guy. Most women like rough sex, or at least subconsciously they like rough sex ---rough with no pain.
Your husband must have seen sights that excite him at the beach. Women in bikinis, or topless women, or whatever. So while he was doing you at home, he had the image of that exciting sight in his mind. Do not be offended. This is normal. You can revv up your sex life by opening the issue and see what goes in his mind when he got excited. Talk in bed. Tell him things that can excite him. For example, go back to the beach (while talking) and tell him there were some really sexy girls. Try to make him think of what he saw and he'll do you with lust.
No way.Girls do not lose their virginity with anal intercourse. Anal intercourse is popular in communities that want to see girls being virgins when they get married.
From what you tell me, you do not need his friends to have an active sex life. Your fantasy telling, and your sexual appeal, are enough to trigger him. You can talk to him and tell him it hurts you emotionally when other men have you. Be frank and tell him you enjoy it, you enjoy sex, but you prefer that he is your sole sexual partner.
Does he do you with vigor and force after he makes such remarks. Lets say, you were at a party and men gazed at you and admired your figure. Later at home he takes you with unusual strength ----like an animal?
I have discussed this issue here in this forum. Either he finds you very sexy and good in sex and wants you to show your sexual prowess to other men. Or he considers women as whores and whores have to be fu---. Most men have the second for a reason.
Yes men often do this. So you are not alone. Do you do anything else, other than this? Such as imagine you are a woman, and make up some story of you being a woman etc....
The wife-wife sharing fantasy is one of men's favourite fantasies. But normally a fantasy that is not actualised. For you to feel guilty it means that you are uncapable of separating love from sex. Right?
