lthough it was informative, there were a few very crucial points completely left out. The documentary barely said a word about Willys brother Dave who also lived on the farm. It didnt mention a word about the fact that Dave had been convicted of sexual assault on that same farm himself. They didnt say a word about another accusation of sexual assault involving Dave when the woman claimed Dave tied her to the bed with bungee cords and tried to shove pills down her mouth. The police acknowledged on the stand that when they searched Daves room they did find bungee cords and pills just like the woman described but said just because someone is accused of a serious sexual assault doesnt make them a murder. Rather bizarre not a word about that was mentioned in the documentary. There wasnt a word mentions about Dave association with the Hells Angels either. Nor was there a word mentioned about the Hells Angels grow op and illegal booze can on site. Strange how they didnt mention a word about Piggys Palace in the documentary. That was pretty significant.
The mother of one of Clifford Olsons young victims has told a national news outlet the jailed serial killer is dying of cancer.
Sharon Rosenfeldt told CBC News Wednesday morning she was called by Don Head, the Corrections Canada commissioner, and told Olson has metastasized cancer and has only days or weeks to live.
Olson, 71, is serving consecutive life sentences for the murders of 11 B.C. children and teens after his 1981 arrest and later confession.
The remorseless serial killer last applied for parole under the faint-hope clause in 2010 and was denied. He has claimed knowledge of more victims but declined to give details when Corrections authorities refused to pay for the information.
Rosenfeldts 16-year-old son, Daryn Todd Johnsrude, was Olsons third victim. His body was found in Deroche, on the north side of the Fraser River, after he vanished in April 1981, four months before Olsons arrest.
