Update: Still no money. Coworker said on June 29th that it would be 7 business days from June 29th when he would be expecting the money. I just looked at him with a blank face. Turned around and walked away. I imagine he said this is yet another stalling tactic to buy him extra time with the non-business day of July 4th and two weekends. Which would put him in hot water again middle of this next week. Somewhat impressive how he lies and lies and lies, extending this longer and longer.

Yeah, I had a Chase card at one point too. I paid well above minimum and ahead of schedule every month for months (got it as a 0% for 2 yr loan to purchase a TV). I was unable to access their website to pay one month for 2 or 3 weeks straight. I finally got on and saw they dinged me a late fee. I made a payment, then called customer support to see what they could do about the late fee. They told me it was my fault for not paying even though they couldn't maintain their website. I paid down the card, then vowed to never ever bank with Chase again.
