No. She is a busybody. She wants to keep up the high paced tempo of what my kids are used to during the day. When our baby arrives that will really slow down. Not fair to anyone if everything slows down.
I think it will work out well. She really likes the kids and the kids like her. Not sure what to pay her or what she needs for walking around money with the kids.

My wife really wants one. She wants to focus on the baby instead of having to deal with our other kids all the time. Should work out great.
Thinking of hiring this 20 year old college student to help with my two oldest kids during the summer. It would not be much, mostly just take them on walks, play with them and drive them around some while my wife will be taking care of our new baby(still not arrived).
I met the girl this afternoon and we went to go eat hamburgers. My wife stayed at home but my kids went with me. They adore her and she really likes them. She is 20, college student, blonde, blue eyed, sorority chick.
We went out to eat and all eyes were on us. I thought it was funny. She thought the same. Lots of jealous rage and stares from the women and men. Lots.
I think having a girl around to help my wife will be a big help. My kids have unlimited energy, like they are lightning bolts all the time. Having someone to focus all their energy will help.
