In order to improve my own personal life, I'm completely willing to live in an area that treats the homeless badly. At the very least, don't feed them, aggressively prosecute anti-panhandling and vagrancy law, make it difficult for them to get government checks by whatever means possible.

The effect is that they'll leave and go somewhere else more conducive to their lifestyle.
