  MIT already offers 2,100 free courses. Now they are going to offer certification to those who can demonstrate capabily online

have you guys actually read any of these MIT courses? It is like reading a high level textbook, at least the math ones I looked over. You don't get the hands on explanations on how to really do something like you do with Schaum's Outlines or REA problem solvers. I just see proofs and existence theorems.
