I like soil, thanks.

For indoor plants, soil seems to attract gnats. Not sure why..

I have three huge angel wing begonias in my house. The soil attracts mold spores, but no bugs. Yet.

It took one month for my spinach to acquire gnats. I have no idea.

Are you sure those aren't fruit flies? To get rid of them put some vinegar in a cup and put plastic wrap over it and poke some small holes in it. It works well.
I might not get laid, but this trick does work.

The Monster Cable of potting soil!
Aphids can only be killed if you interrupt their lifecycle. It takes 2 generations to kill all of them. Start by killing the eggs under the the leaves. Repeat again. You just squish them between your fingers

That's mostly true. LEDS put out monochromatic light. Though you can mix the very narrow bands by combining different LED types, it will NEVER EVER be the same as HID or fluorescent grow lights.

Not really. Miracle Grow soil actually does what it says it does. Unlike the false Monster Cables claims

The only way to go is HID lamps. HPS or Metal Halide. LEDS are hideous sources of light. HIDEOUS!

They're harvested, and drying out in a bowl.
What can I do with them?
I don't like dried peppers. I just cut mine up and put them in soups.
You should lightly grind them up and keep them in a jar. Add sparingly to soups, chilis, etc.

Cut a habanero in half and rub it on the end of your pecker next time you are rubbing one out.
