Since America's and Israel's presence in the region, there has been non-stop warfare.

How about diplomacy instead of war?Except other countires don't believe a word the lying cheating US says. Quadiffi learned that the hard way. Iran had better hurry up on thos nukes.

Ok. What if we had a policy, that we told everyone, that if you went to war against our buddies, we'd go help them out?

Wouldn't that provide your "threat of U.S. involvement'?
